Shipping Policy

As medicines are manufactured and shipped from India the delivery takes a certain time. Usually, this period is 10-17 days but in some cases there may be a delay of up to 5 days.

If at the expiration of this period you do not receive the order please inform us.

 

Order Cancellation Policy

Please, keep in mind that you can cancel the order ONLY within 24 hours after order submitting. If you want to cancel the order you have to inform our support service by phone or e-mail. If you contact us after 24 hours the cancellation will not be processed.

Before submitting the order check attentively the information you have indicated in the order form, as you may not receive your order if something is wrong. Once you noticed that the address was specified incorrectly, inform us as soon as possible.

 

Refund Policy

We guarantee that the medications we offer possess the same qualities as the brand name medicines.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our medications we will refund your money. Please, contact us and inform about the problem. We will provide you with the return address and as soon as our returns department receives the product, we will start the refund procedure.

Before contacting us, make sure that the dosage of the medication was determined correctly and you follow the instructions for use. Pay attention that fatty food and alcohol may reduce the effectiveness of the medication.

If you don’t receive the order in specified period (the delivery takes 10-17 days, there may be an additional delay for 5 days for the customs checking) you may contact our support service to apply for a refund. We will send the reimbursement to your credit card within 5-7 days.

We offer we do not accept returns because of specific nature of the products. Nobody can give a guarantee that the storage conditions are observed during the transportation and therefore we cannot take them back even though the package is closed.

You must provide a real address for the shipping purposes, P.O. boxes are not allowed here.

Be informed that if you are from USA, the supply will be subjected to the control of the USA Customs and the FDA that may result in delay or non-delivery of your order. Centralux Ltd cannot guarantee an exact delivery time of your order and in case if your order is confiscated by USA customs, Centralux Ltd will not be able to offer a refund for orders not delivered due these circumstances. You agree and understand and are ready for any delays that may occur in obtaining your order from Centralux Ltd, and further that in case of confiscation by USA customs, you won’t get any compensation

Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy document, that includes the following list of Prohibited Activities, is an integral part of your Agreement with Centralux Ltd. If you engage in activity prohibited by this AUP document Centralux Ltd may suspend or terminate your account.

Acceptable Use Policy for Centralux Ltd Services is designed to protect Centralux Ltd, our customers and the Internet community in general from irresponsible and in some cases, illegal activities. AUP includes a list of actions prohibited by Centralux Ltd. Centralux Ltd reserves the right to alter the Policy anytime.

 

Prohibited Uses of Centralux Ltd Systems and Services:

  1. It is forbidden to transmit, distribute or store the materials that violate any applicable law or regulation. This includes, intellectual property right used without proper authorization, for example trade secret and also material that is obscene, defamatory, constitutes an illegal threat, or violates export control laws.
  2. It is forbidden to send Unsolicited Bulk Email of any form through Centralux Ltd’s servers. Spam sending from another service provider advertizing a web site, email address or utilizing any resource hosted on Centralux Ltd’s servers, is also forbidden. Centralux Ltd accounts or services can’t be used to solicit customers from, or collect replies to, messages sent from another Internet Service Provider where those messages violate this Policy or that of the other provider.
  3. It is forbidden to subscribe email addresses to any mailing list without the special permission of the email address owner that can be confirmed. All mailing lists that are run by the customers of Centralux Ltd must be Closed-loop. The subscription confirmation message received from each address owner will be kept on file during the existence of the mailing list. Purchasing lists of email addresses from 3rd parties for mailing from any Centralux Ltd-hosted domain, or referencing any Centralux Ltd account, is forbidden.
  4. Any advertising and transmitting of the software, program, product, or service that violates this AUP or the AUP of any other Internet Service Provider, which includes the facilitation of the means to send Unsolicited Bulk Email, initiation of pinging, flooding, mail-bombing, denial of service attacks.
  5. Using an account on behalf of, or in connection with, or reselling any service to, persons or firms listed in the Spamhaus Register of Known Spam Operations (ROKSO) database at www.spamhaus.org.
  6. User’s unauthorized attempts to access any account or computer that doesn’t belong to him, known as “cracking”.
  7. Obtaining or attempting to obtain service by any means and devices in order to avoid payment.
  8. Unauthorized access, alteration, destruction (or any attempt of such activities) of any Centralux Ltd customers information or end-users by any means or device.
  9. Deliberately engage in any activities that may cause a denial-of-service (e.g., synchronized number sequence attacks) to any other user, on the Centralux Ltd network or on another provider’s network.
  10. Using Centralux Ltd’s Services to impede other customers to use the Centralux Ltd network

 

Customer Responsibility for Customer’s Users

Each customer of Centralux Ltd bear the responsibility for its users’ the activities and agree to ensure that customers/representatives or end-users abide by this Policy. Complaints about customers/representatives or end-users of the Centralux Ltd customer will be forwarded to the Centralux Ltd customer’s postmaster for the further actions. If violations of the Centralux Ltd Acceptable Use Policy happen, Centralux Ltd has the right to terminate services with or take action to stop the offending customer from violating Centralux Ltd’s AUP as Centralux Ltd deems appropriate, without any warning.

 

Disclaimer

  1. Our company doesn’t bear any responsibility and expressly disclaims all liability for any delay in delivery that does not exceed 10 days after the specified date of delivery. If you receive your order within 10 days after the specified estimated delivery date or the next business day, in case of a local holiday, that will be considered that the parcel is delivered in time
  2. Our company doesn’t bear any responsibility if the Customer indicated an insufficient or wrong address and the delivery was not successful.
    Our company doesn’t bear any responsibility in case if Customer failed to claim the package refused it or prevented a successful delivery in any other way. All reships in such situation are made only via International Regular Mail.
  3. Our company doesn’t bear any responsibility and expressly disclaims all liability for the delivery of any generic product that hasn’t justified the Customer’s expectations concerning such criteria as – visual appearance of the pill, availability of any marking printed on, or branded upon pill, having a marketing name, or being made by a manufacturer different from the one Customer expected to receive.
    You can find all necessary information concerning any generic product, including thumbnails, product images, manufacturer names and marketing names on our website.
  4. Our company does not accept any claims regarding the product efficacy if it is used for unintended purposes.
  5. When you place an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed with this disclaimer. Any action that are taken to claim your payment back for any of the specified reasons will be considered as fraudulent action and may result in legal action and ban from our system.
