Are the medications, presented in your list brand name pills?

Our product list includes only generics.

 

What do you understand under the term “generic”? Are the generic drugs as effective as the brand name medicines?

Generic drugs possess the same qualities as the brand name medicines, but different in name, color, shape and in price. The name of generic medicines comes from the active ingredient and manufacturer uses its unique brand name. Generic manufacturers can produce their product quite legally as the manufacturer doesn’t possess the patent for a certain chemical agent. They have the same active ingredient and the identical medical effect. So buying generic medication we get the same effect saving our money at the same time. But pay attention that you can achieve the desired result only by following the instructions of your healthcare professional.

 

Why is there such a price difference between generic medicines and brand name drugs?

To bring a new medicine to the market the brand name drug manufacturers are forced to bear significant costs for the research development, advertising and for FDA approval. Generic manufacturers don’t bear such costs and there is no need to raise the price of a drug for reimbursement. Eventually the consumer gets a budget version of the drug.

 

Why pills you have sent to me differ in appearance with the brand name medication and have another name?

As it was already mentioned above no manufacturer has the right to possess the patent for a certain chemical agent that is why generics can have exactly the same active ingredients as the brand name pills. At the same time names and appearance (i.e. shape and color) are always patented and are considered as intellectual property. Therefore using the name or appearance of the brand name pills by the generic manufacturer will be treated as copyright violation. This is the reason why generic pills have different name color and shape.

 

What is the quality assurance of your pills?

Providing a high medications quality is our priority. The thing is that we form our customer base offering better quality of the product. Therefore we are very attentive and responsible when we choose the supplier. Also we thoroughly test the quality of goods and check the documentation attentively. The medications are manufactured by the licensed Indian company, approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

 

What is the shelf life of your pills?

The shelf life of the pills is 2 years from the date of manufacture. You can find the expiry date on each blister pack, but pay attention that it is different for different batches and depends on when they were made.

 

Are there any differences between 50mg Viagra tabs and 100mg tabs?

We offer Generic Viagra tabs with the fixed dosages of the active ingredient – Sildenafil. Thus a 50mg Viagra pill contains 50 mg of Sildenafil and a 100mg Viagra pill contains 100mg of Sildenafil concentrate respectively. The standard dosage is a 50mg pill. We recommend you to start with 25mg as the ingredient effects on different people in a different way. You should split a 50mg pill in two parts and take one half only to see if this is enough for you. If 25mg is not enough – take a whole 50mg pill.

 

How to make an order form?

Do I need a prescription to order from you?

To order some products from our list you need a valid prescription. In case if you need a prescription for any of the products that you plan to buy according to the law of your country our customer support representative will ask you to send it after the order will be completed.

Please pay attention that you have to submit us a valid prescription for your order within 3 days. If we don’t receive the prescription in the indicated period your order will not be processed.

Before ordering we imperatively recommend you to consult your doctor to make sure that the medicine you are going to buy is the one you need.

NOTE: We accept orders only through our website. We do not accept orders by telephone or by e-mail.

If you like to order a product on our website follow the steps listed below:

  1. Choose the product you want to buy and click “Buy now” button
  2. Choose the product amount you want to buy
  3. Click “Checkout” button
  4. Fill in the required information
  5. Make sure that you have indicated all information correctly and press the “Submit transaction” button
  6. If the operation is successful, you will see a notification of acceptance and order confirmation message will be sent within 10 minutes on the e-mail that you have indicated. If you don’t receive a letter within the specified time inform us, and we will resend it.

When will you inform me about the charge?

The ordering procedure is carried out in the following way:

  1. After you fill in the order form at the checkout page and press the “Submit” button, the information is transferred to our processing centre where it is checked out and thus the credit card is charged.

Shipment

Do you ship to my country?

We offer delivery to almost all destinations worldwide, with the exception of some countries in Asia.

 

What country pills are sent from?

The orders are processed and sent out from the manufacturing country – from India.

 

What type of packages do you use? Shall I sign for the shipment?

As your privacy is very important for us you will receive you order in a discrete envelope that will be left in your mail box. If the order is sent by Standard Mail you will not have to sign for it.

 

Will my order be shipped the same day I pay for it?

Before sending the product, we firstly have to check your order to make sure that the shipping information is correct and only after that the product is packed and only then it is sent out. This process takes about 1-2 days.

 

What are your shipping methods? When can I receive my order?

If you specify a mail forwarding address (e.g. PO box, General delivery, Poste restante, UPS store, APO/FPO), educational facility or a hotel or if you give us a wrong telephone number we won’t be able to send your order by Express International Mail

Please, be inform, that the delivery is carried out within the period specified here. The delay is possible only in the case of force majeure events described below.

Please, note that we don’t bear responsibility for the extended delays because of the customs inspections of international mail.

Besides, we won’t be responsible for delays in deliveries due to the mail disruptions during the Christmas and New Year holidays, natural disasters, strikes and other events that are beyond our control.

 

What are the shipping charges?

The shipping charges depend on the shipping option you choose, the amount of products in your order and the country of destination. To find out the shipping charges add the products you need to the shopping cart, and proceed to checkout.

 

Can the customs officers delay my parcel?

You will be informed if such situation happens. You will be asked to come and give the permission to examine the parcel. After the inspection you should receive your products. If you have any problems with getting your order, please inform us and we will do our best to solve your problem.

 

What if the package is damaged or something is missing?

In case of such situation please inform us through our support service. We will resend the package or refund your money. See our Policies for more detailed information.

Please note that, if there are 90 pills or more in your order, it will be sent in several packages.

 

How much will I have to pay in case of reshipping?

Product reshipping is free of charges.
